1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Vintage Real Estate. By accessing or using our website, contacting us, or engaging in any preliminary property consultation or transaction with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Business Operations & Scope of Service

Vintage Real Estate is a registered real estate and property development business operating in Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Development and sale of residential flats and luxury apartments.
• Land share projects and joint venture property development.
• Property sales, marketing, and legal documentation consultations.

3. Property Listings & Pricing Disclaimers

All property listings, architectural renderings, floor plans, dimensions, and prices published on our website or promotional materials are for informational purposes only.

• Accuracy: While we strive to maintain accurate project details, actual layouts, finishing materials, and specs may vary according to formal deed specifications.
• Price Adjustments: Property rates, land share costs, and payment schedules are subject to change without prior notice until a formal Deed of Agreement is signed.

4. Property Booking, Payment & Cancellation

All real estate transactions, booking deposits, installment schedules, and property transfers are governed strictly by formal legal deeds executed under Bangladeshi law.

• Booking Policy: A property or land share is considered reserved only upon receipt of the official booking money and execution of a written Booking Application / Agreement.
• Payments: All payments must be made via Account Payee Cheque, Pay Order, or direct Bank Transfer to Vintage Real Estate‘s official bank account. Cash payments must be accompanied by an official signed receipt.
• Cancellation & Refund: Cancellation requests, service charges, and refund timelines will be processed strictly as per the terms outlined in the individual Deed of Agreement signed between the client and Vintage Real Estate.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on our website and marketing channels—including logos, branding (“Vintage Real Estate”), photographs, 3D designs, video tours, text, and graphics—are the exclusive intellectual property of Vintage Real Estate and protected by the Copyright and Intellectual Property laws of Bangladesh. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial misuse without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vintage Real Estate shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website unavailability, third-party internet delays, or unverified information obtained through unauthorized third-party brokers or external platforms.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh (including the Real Estate Development and Management Act, 2010, Contract Act, 1872, and relevant land laws).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, it shall be referred to arbitration or the competent courts in Rajshahi, Bangladesh.
